Contact us
Email havik.app@outlook.com with anything — a bug, a plan that looks wrong, a privacy request, or a feature you want. We read every message and reply as quickly as we can, usually within a few business days.
To get a useful answer faster, include:
- Your device and iOS version, and the Havik version from Settings.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if it is something you can see.
- Roughly when it happened, so it can be matched against the logs.
Apple Health isn't syncing
Havik reads from Apple Health only if you have granted the categories it asks for. Open the Health app › Sharing › Apps › Havik, or iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › Havik, and check what is enabled. Turning a category on part-way through means older samples in that category may not have been read yet.
Workouts import from Apple Health once they have finished writing, so a session recorded on a watch can take a few minutes to appear. Pull to refresh on Today if you are waiting on one.
Notifications aren't arriving
Check that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings › Notifications › Havik, and that the reminders you want are switched on in the app's notification preferences. If permission was denied at first launch, iOS will not ask again — it has to be re-enabled in Settings.
Deleting your account
Settings › Delete account permanently removes your account and the training and health data attached to it. It cannot be undone, and it does not touch anything in Apple Health — Havik only ever reads from it. If you would rather we did it for you, email us from the address on the account.
Billing
Havik is currently free. The tiers shown on the pricing page are a preview and are not connected to billing, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
A note on training safely
Havik gives general fitness and training guidance. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Talk to a physician before starting a training program, and stop training and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any symptom that concerns you. Never continue a session that feels unsafe because a plan called for it.
